User Roles and Access
Updated by Jordan Millar
There are two overall levels of access and then several levels of access within those. Company level access will give the user access to every single site in the company, while site level access will give the user access to one or more sites but they must be explicitly granted.
So if you wanted a user to have access to just 2 of your 5 sites, you would assign them a site level role that corresponded to the level of access you wanted them to have. Then on the Employee record under the Site tab you would specifically grant them to the sites you wanted them to access.
Company Level Access
The following table shows the four roles within the company level access.
